| What a beautifully made cage..and outstanding delivery from ECF - Ordered late Saturday, despatched Monday and delivered Tuesday, by a great courier!
I purchased this cage for my recently aquired 3 doe rats, and they love it! Its easy to assemble, and arrived securely packaged. Containing everything you need to house Rats. Food Dish - which includes a holder that sits perfectly on the bars, 2 corner shelves, which have the advantage of sliding holes for the fixtures to fit perfectly every time. Drinking bottle, complete with plastic holder (Or wire) whichever you prefer to use. An easy assemble and clean tube complete with 4 chains for hanging securely, a corner litter tray.
A hammock, complete with hanging hooks - (Which was a little disapointing as I was expecting a sputnik - My girls love sputniks, as they tend to chew hammocks)
A nice deep litter tray which prevents litter being thrown out of the cage.
carrying handles are a nice touch, along with a securely fastening large door. Perfect for handling pets, and for that daily spot cleaning.
This cage could comfortably fit 3 Bucks or 4 Does, and looks very nice, A grey base with navy blue coated bars, which are easy to wipe down and clean.
The bars seem stronger than the Jenny cage range, which is great for attaching wheels etc to the bars without risk of them snapping. (experienced this with my previous Jenny KD)
It could perhaps do with a door nearer the top to make hanging of toys etc a little easier, but overall, a strong well made cage that is sure to last years and still look good! |

| Freddy 2 max cage:
After hours of research I decided on this cage being the most appropriate for six week old rats.
It looks well built (not like the dodgy stuff from (pets@home) and a good size for my two girls (we get them soon) but would say that 4 rats would be the maximum.
Easy to put together, but could really do with another opening at the top to aid hanging hammocks etc.
It is a lot of money, but far superior to other makes of cages, and my breeder will only use the 'freddy' range. Can't wait for the gilrs to arrive so they can enjoy their new home.
ECF: Cage arrived safely and very quick! One side was a little warped but hubby has managed to pull most of it back out. perhaps staff could check this before sending? Two items were missing and so I called to let them know. The lady I spoke to was right on the case and the extras have already arrived. I am very impressed with the service and will certaily pass on their details to all my equine buddies. Thank you very much ;-)
A little request: Please can you stock ecopetbed? It is the best for rats (and chickens). Many thanks again. |

| I couldn\'t see where to write this, more a review of the service given by ECF. Not only was delivery of our new cage FAST, but following our review the missing sputnik arrived the very next day. Thank You so much ECF. I will be telling all my friends in the group Pet Rat Lovers, on facebook, about the quality of products and services given by you.

| My fuzzies love this cage because there is lots of space to climb, spaceous and easy clean shelves to play on as well as a convenient ramp and tube; a complete home and activity centre in one! I love it because it is easy to clean, has enough space and narrow bars for when the 2 new eeepers move in. There are only 2 negatives: it might be easier to set up hammocks, ropes and tubes if there was roof access too or a door on 2 sides? The package was to include a sputnik, instead there was a green and black hammock, which although its useful, was a bit disappointing as my 2 like the sputnik at their friends\' house and wanted one of their own. ----->Managers Response to review: Please accept our apologies if you were missing something from your cage.
